Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino is still waiting to make his first signing.
The Sunday Mirror says Pochettino has yet to make a signing almost two months after taking office at Tottenham... and is being held back by chairman Daniel Levy's insistence that the club must off-load players before they buy.
The new Spurs chief is trying to shift several big names, including Lewis Holtby, Emmanuel Adebayor, Sandro, Gylfi Sigurdsson, Michael Dawson and Kyle Naughton.
Big-money flops Erik Lamela, Roberto Soldado and Nacer Chadli are also on their way out, but Levy refuses to sell anyone on the cheap.
