Spurs boss Jol admits little future for Ghaly

Tottenham boss Martin Jol admits there's little future at White Hart Lane for midfielder Hossam Ghaly.

The Egyptian talked his way out of a move to Birmingham last week and Jol said: "We thought he was gone, so we bought Boateng and it is not easy for him.

"Last year, No.1 was Aaron Lennon and Hossam Ghaly was my second choice on the right of midfield.

"He did unbelievably well, he maybe had more assists than any other player, but we have bought Boateng.

"It's always nice to have three or four choices on the right, but sometimes it's a bit too much, so we will have to talk to him."
