Tottenham boss Martin Jol is confident striker Dimitar Berbatov will not leave White Hart Lane this week.
Manchester United and Real Madrid have been linked with the Bulgarian ace, but Jol said: "I said on Friday that I would rather die than sell Berbatov.
"Hopefully, I won't die.
"I am 100% convinced he will stay at the club."
