Tottenham are refusing to up their £15 million offer for Charlton Athletic striker Darren Bent.

The Mirror says the England striker would like a move to White Hart Lane, but Charlton want the £18m fee that West Ham were willing to pay.

Spurs have twice upped their offer, and have outbid rivals Liverpool. The Addicks are likely to be forced to compromise in the next 48 hours.
