Tottenham have tabled an offer for Blackburn Rovers winger Morten Gamst Pedersen.

The Sun says Blackburn will knock back their £4million bid - a year after Spurs first tried to buy the winger, 26.

Pedersen only ended a 12-month league goal drought in February but ended the season with six in all competitions and was a consistent performer.
