Sebastien Bassong has declared he wants to leave Newcastle United.

A target for Tottenham and Arsenal, Bassong told L'Equipe: "I want to leave.

"I want to develop in the Premier League.

"I will have to weigh up the pros and cons (of any offer), study the sporting project, the amount of playing time they would want to give me..."
