New Chelsea boss Luiz Felipe Scolari wants to offload striker Nicolas Anelka.
Anelka only moved to Chelsea in January from Bolton, but the People says both he and Claudio Pizarro are not in Scolari's plans.
Tottenham have been linked with Anelka since the end of the season.
