Hoffenheim fullback Jeremy Toljan is edging closer to move to Tottenham.

Now inside the final year of his contract, Toljan is being put up for sale by Hoffenheim ahead of the transfer deadline.

Kicker says Toljan has refused to consider new terms and is on the agendas of Spurs and Borussia Dortmund.

Tottenham are regarded as favourites for the Germany U21 international, who is viewed as a replacement for Kyle Walker, now of Manchester City.

Hoffenheim recognise they need to cash in now, with Toljan free to commit to a pre-contract in January.
