Tottenham ace Rafael van der Vaart feels Premier League leaders Manchester City are wobbling. Van der Vaart has seen his side close the gap on the leaders to just three points.
He said: "City are not so consistent any more.
"They have lost a few games and maybe that's in their heads, so we can take advantage."
