Rafael van der Vaart believes Tottenham teammate Gareth Bale will be key to success at Real Madrid tonight.
Bale's probable return from a hamstring injury gives Van der Vaart further cause for optimism.
"Gareth is one of our best players," he said.
"He showed that against [Inter right-back] Maicon. He is the best in the world in his position and he did fantastic against him. Now he is back we have a better chance of winning."
