Harry Kane admits Tottenham have struggled for form at the start of the season.

Kane concedes Spurs have not hit the ground running this season, he expects performances to improve soon.

"The performances haven't been amazing. There's still room to improve," Kane insisted.

"But we've got some good results against some tough teams.

"We hope to kick on now like we did last year, get some wins and go from there."
