Crystal Palace have agreed terms with Tottenham for midfielder Gylfi Sigurdsson.
The Daily Express says Sigurdsson is yet to agree personal terms with Tony Pulis' side - however the club anticipate no complications.
Palace have forked-out a significant £8m transfer fee for the Icelandic international Sigurdsson.
Swansea City also were in talks for the midfielder this month.
