Kei Kamara has left Sporting Kansas City to sign a deal with Middlesbrough.

It is believed that the 29-year old Sierra Leone forward has signed a two-year contract with Boro after agreeing personal terms with the Championship club.

Kamara had a fairly successful loan with Norwich City last season and has been in top form since returning to MLS with seven goals in 10 outings.
