Sporting Kansas City striker Teal Bunbury has scored whilst playing for Stoke City reserves.
The 20-year old Canadian-born forward, who represented the USA for the first time last month, is currently with the English Premier League club although there is debate as to whether he is actually on trial or not.
Nonetheless, he managed to hit the back of the net on Tuesday afternoon against Wigan Athletic reserves, firing home a through ball from Eidur Gudjohnsen midway through the first half.
Unfortunately for the Potters, Wigan hit back on three occasions to clinch the match 3-1.
The reasons for Bunbury's tenure at the Staffordshire club are unknown as it is not believed the Potters want to sign him.
