Sporting Kansas City boss Vermes confident star-studded LA Galaxy will bounce back

Sporting Kansas City head coach Peter Vermes feels that LA Galaxy have enough quality in their squad to turn things around in the 2012 season.

Kei Kamara's 41st minute goal gave Vermes' side a 1-0 home win over the reigning MLS Cup winners who have slumped to the bottom of the table with just three points from their opening four matches.

Despite their current position, the Galaxy have the players to bounce back and Vermes expects Bruce Arena's men to do just that.

"Well I'd like to think they were pretty strong. They're a good team. There's no doubt that they're a very good soccer team, they have some big guns," Vermes said.

"When Landon Donovan comes into the game, he immediately is someone you have to watch in the transition. Robbie Keane, there's not much I can say other than that the guy is a world class player, excellent around the box.

"Make no mistake about it, we've been in that situation before, like they are right now. Not all is lost, and they're going to be around because of the guys they have in their lineup and on their roster."
