Sporting CP have warned Newcastle United off striker Andre Carrillo.
The 23 year-old, according to Lisbon media sources, has attracted a €10 million bid from Newcastle - which was immediately turned down.
Carrillo's contract carries a €30 million buyout clause and Sporting insist he will not leave for anything less.
It's suggested Newcastle will return with an improved offer in the coming days.
Peru international Carrillo is tied to Sporting until 2016.
