Spector hopes West Ham stick with Zola

West Ham United defender Jonathan Spector hopes manager Gianfranco Zola stays in charge for next season.

Spector, 24, believes the Italian deserves another crack after keeping the Londoners in the Premier League.

The defender said: "We as players don't know what is going to happen with the manager.

"But it is clear that all the players like him as a person and as a manager.

"We are behind him and I think our celebrations when we secured safety by beating Wigan showed our solidarity with the manager.

"The manager believed in us and we believed in him."
