West Ham United fullback Jonathan Spector admits he's had a difficult season.

Before his double against Manchester United, the USA international was being linked with FC Koln.

Spector said: "It's been a bit frustrating and disappointing but at the same time you have to wait for your chance and it came on Tuesday."
