Tom Lawrence was a key figure in Blackburn Rovers' 3-0 win over Charlton Athletic on Saturday.
The 21-year-old midfielder opened his scoring account for the Championship account in just his fourth league appearance since joining on a four-and-a-half-month loan from Leicester City in late August.
Lawrence replaced Bengali-Fode Koita in the 75th minute when the score was 1-0 and made an immediate impact when driving his side forward before cutting back for Jordan Rhodes, who had scored the opener in the first half, to slot home.
The former Manchester United youngster then wrapped it up for Rovers in the 85th minute when he emphatically fired into the roof of the net from the right side of the area after receiving a pass from Adam Henley.
Lawrence's undoubted contribution led to Blackburn's very first win of the 2015/16 season which lifted them to 19th on the tier two table and prompted the following post on Twitter from the Wales U21 international.
