Spartak Moscow offer Pavlyuchenko way out of Tottenham nightmare

Spartak Moscow have offered to pay Tottenham £10million to bring Roman Pavlyuchenko back to Russia. The out of favour striker fears for his Russian World Cup place should he not be playing regularly.

"We need a good striker," said Spartak coach Valery Karpin. "It's a bit too much. If the price was £10million we would seriously consider it."
