The Spanish prime minister José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero rates Barcelona the best team in the world.
Zapatero made the comments when discussing the Qatar Foundation's record breaking sponsorship deal with Barca.
"It's a wise decision by the Qatar Foundation to sponsor perhaps the best team in the world," said Zapatero.
Zapatero is in Qatar and congratulated his counterpart, Qatari prime minister, Hamad bin Jaber Al Thani, on their successful World Cup bid for 2022.
