Barcelona president Sandro Rosell is set for the Spanish courts over Neymar's transfer fee.
A judge in Spain has agreed to hear a lawsuit against Rosell over the cost of Neymar's transfer from Santos.
The case has been brought by Barca member Jordi Cases, who has demanded a response from officials to his request for clarity over the high-profile transfer.
Judge Pablo Ruz will now seek more information from Neymar, Santos and Barcelona before deciding at a later date whether Rosell will be called in person to give evidence.
