It could be a Spanish double today for Liverpool's clash with Everton.
In the absence of Jamie Carragher and Steven Gerrard, Pepe Reina could be handed the captain's armband by Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish.
"It would be a proud honour," he told liverpoolfc.tv. "With Mikel Arteta captaining Everton as well, it will be fun and a great picture of both of us together before kick-off.
"Whenever you are wearing the Liverpool armband, it is a pleasure, honour and a privilege."
