Norway's Spanish fitness coach Jordi González says Real Madrid midfielder Martin Odegaard is a positive influence.
Odegaard, 16, is now a regular in Norway coach Per-Mathias Høgmo's squad.
Gonzalez, who is part of Høgmo's backroom staff, told Marca: "This isn't your archetypal Scandinavian national team whose game is based on physique. We're not about outrunning the opposition, which may have been the case previously. Martin helps to amplify this process, spreading excitement and encouraging people to follow the national side more closely, but there's more than just him.
"I know there is a good relationship. The Norwegian FA are really happy with the work they're doing with Martin at Real Madrid. I've only heard positive things. What's important is for the player to feel at ease."
