Spalletti shadow looms over Juventus

The shadow of Luciano Spalletti is looming large over Juventus again after last night's Champions League humiliation.

Juve were dumped out of the competition by Bayern Munich after collapsing 4-1 at home - having actually taken the lead through David Trezeguet.

Turin sources have told tribalfootball.com that former Roma coach Spalletti is in the frame for a move to Juve.

Lega Calcio rules say Spalletti cannot take another Italian coaching job this season after leaving Roma in September, however he can join the Bianconeri in a technical capacity, working above Ciro Ferrara before taking over the reigns for season 2010/11.

Juve's board favour Spalletti, though aren't ready to make any immediate decision after Ferrara's team shocked Inter Milan on Saturday night.
