Former AS Roma boss Luciano Spalletti feels Italian football is hurting itself with it's attitude to defeats.
Napoli coach Rafa Benitez recently made similar comments about the reaction to individual results.
Spalletti said: "The Champions League and Europa League resume this week and Spalletti commented on what Serie A sides could do to improve their co-efficient.
"There are many organised clubs in the Champions League. Abroad they have shown that they are better than us at keeping calm and experiencing everything with enjoyment.
"Italians must learn how to lose and that way bring families back to the stadium."
