Former Roma coach Luciano Spalletti is delighted for Paulo Sousa over his success with Fiorentina.

Sousa has led Fiorentina to the top of the table.

"In our league you see new coaches that are doing very well, like Sousa," said Spalletti.

"A very great compliment to him, he is working very well.

"I saw the first two games of Fiorentina and already you could see his ideas, the development of his team."
