Luciano Spalletti has thrown down the challenge to AC Milan in the lead up to this weekend's clash.

Speaking to Sky Sport 24, Spalletti said that his side can match it with the big name stars of AC Milan.

"If you speak about the five superstars of AC Milan who will be on the field against Roma, there is no problem as we will play our regular starting eleven and then we will see who wins," Spalletti said.

"It will be a difficult match. Regarding Beckham, we need to see what physical condition he is in."
