Roma's scratchy 1-0 win over Siena last night came at a cost.
Several of coach Luciano Spalletti's team were struck by injury ahead of this week's Champions League tie against Arsenal.
Spalletti said: "At least we'll have (Daniele) De Rossi and (Simone) Perrotta back, while I hope to recover Tonetto and Vucinic. As for Juan, we need to evaluate his situation carefully.
"He felt a muscular problem and we require tests to see the extent of it. I don't think it's particularly serious, but there is at least some damage.
"Cicinho also has a problem with his knee, but I think more than anything else he got a scare rather than serious physical injury."
There are also concerns over captain Francesco Totti, who did not look to be in particularly good shape against Siena.
"He didn't have a great performance, but he worked hard and fought for the team. He was within the squad, which overall played well and earned a crucial victory."
