Spain U21 coach Julen Lopetegui admits Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea has been a big influence in their run to the semifinals of European Championship.

De Gea has taken his late season Premier League form into the tournament.

"Outside the qualities of our team as a whole, it was David de Gea against the Netherlands, who was sensational in two or three situations, who made the difference. We have to recognize that," said Lopetegui.
