Spain fans rallied around Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea at training yesterday.

It was De Gea's first public appearance since his move to Real Madrid fell through.

AS reports De Gea's name was chanted by the fans who were given Access to the national team training session in the Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas one day before travelling to Oviedo. A large section of spectators chanted "De Gea, De Gea!" on repeat in an attempt to show their support to the goalkeeper after his frustrated move to Real Madrid.

Barcelona fullback Jordi Alba and Real captain Sergio Ramos rallied around the player, encouraging him in everything he did.
