Spain coach Julen Lopetegui had mixed emotions with their 3-0 win over World Cup qualifying opponents Albania.

It has been a difficult few days for Lopetegui with off-pitch issues threatening to disrupt the harmony of the group.

"We played a very good half hour, but then I was unhappy as we lost control," he told TVE.

"We were expecting an Albania team like this.

"They are a good team who we felt would arrive with a desire to play well, we had to be prepared to keep the ball on the floor and ignore the emotions surrounding qualification."
