Stuart Armstrong has committed his long-term future with Celtic.

The Scotland international, who was been targeted by Southampton this summer, will sign a new contract with the Glasgow giants this week.

Armstrong joined the Bhoys in February 2015 from Dundee United, scoring 17 goals last season.

His form with Celtic earned him two caps for Scotland earlier this year.
