Southampton striker Graziano Pelle admits he enjoys working with Italy coach Antonio Conte.

Pelle has become a first-choice for Conte this past season.

“If Conte is happy, then we all benefit from that, so we're pleased that he enjoyed the performance in Croatia," said Pellè of that 1-1 draw.

“The Coach first tells you that you've done well, then straight after adds that you can give more. This really motivates me to always do better."
