Southampton striker Charlie Austin was pleased with his goal for their draw against Bournemouth.
Austin's goal was his third in three games and, coming on only his second Premier League start this season, will offer Saints encouragement that he can be the solution to their scoring problems.
He said: "I'm just in the team to score goals, work hard and try to help us to win games and that's what I've been doing so far.
"Unfortunately we didn't get the three points today but - like I say - it's a point away from home and we've got big games coming up."
Meanwhile, Austin praised Nathan Redmond for laying on his goal.
“Nathan's a good pro," the 28-year-old said. “He came on at half time and changed the game in our favour.
“It put a bit of pace in the team and went forward. He was a real part of us pushing forward and getting that assist for the goal and creating chances for us to go and win the game."
