Southampton skipper Adam Lallana has revealed he knows what Manchester United midfielder Darren Fletcher is going through.
As a youngster he suffered a mild form of ulcerative colitis, the bowel disease that has left Manchester United midfielder Fletcher's career hanging in the balance.
He told the Daily Star: "It's a very nasty condition to have and my thoughts are with Darren."
