Erwin Koeman has stated that the pre-season game against Feyenoord will be a massive one for a number of Southampton stars.
The Saints continue their pre-season tour of the Netherlands with a clash against Feyenoord on Thursday and the match will mark a special occasion for former players Jordy Claise and Graziano Pelle as well as manager Ronald and assistant Erwin Koeman.
He said: "That will be a massive pre-season game.
"For the young players too, but for Clasie, Pellè, Ronald and I, we all played or trained over there.
"50,000 people. It will be a massive ambience there against a team who will normally be better than Groningen (who the Saints beat 3-0 last week).
"t's good preparation for Vitesse."
Following the Feyenoord friendly, Southampton will then meet Vitesse Arnhem in Europa League qualifying on July 30.
