Southampton are reluctant to sell Adam Lallana to Liverpool before the World Cup.
The Daily Echo says Saints are holding off Liverpool's £25m bid for Lallana, as they look to avoid losing their captain before the World Cup.
The club want to put transfer dealings on hold until a new manager is in place and the World Cup is over.
