Premier League side Southampton are eyeing an ambitious move for Real Madrid wonder kid Martin Odegaard.
Odegaard has emerged as arguably the most exciting young footballer in the world today and the race for the 16-year old's signature was won by Spanish giants Real, who signed him from Stromsgodset during the January transfer window.
?Odegaard has since managed to impress many with his performances for the Castilla side (Real Madrid's reserve team) and the young man is certainly fulfilling the hype which is surrounding him.
?However, Odegaard is still not deemed ready for regular first team football at Madrid and it is widely believed that the Spanish side will be looking to ship out the youngster on loan in order to continue his development.
?Now, Southampton are reported to have expressed their interest in signing Odegaard and will be looking to launch an ambitious swoop for young Norwegian international during the upcoming summer transfer window.?
