Erwin Koeman is happy working with brother Ronald Koeman at Southampton.
It is the first time the Koeman brothers have worked together.
"Ronald came in here as the big man. He is a personality who radiates that he's worked at the top and it pulls the whole club together," says Erwin.
"It seemed good to work with Ronald. The club really did not matter so much. If Ronald had opted for a Turkish club, I would've gone. It feels good, that's the main thing.
"This is the best thing I've done so far as a trainer. Working with your brother in England, the Mecca of football."
