Southampton midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin feels his game has improved this season.
The France international credits his World Cup campaign for boosting his performance.
"I feel I have progressed, I feel it every day," he said.
"I am a worker, so I work a lot in training, but having played in the World Cup, psychologically it liberated me and gave me confidence in myself.
"I've been able to take this into my club form."
