Southampton midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin will choose joining Arsenal over Tottenham.

The Sun says Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is preparing a £25million January swoop for the 25-year-old.

Schneiderlin was unhappy with how Spurs tried to snare him on the cheap last summer and will wait for Arsenal to come in for him.

The midfielder last month reiterated his desire to play for a 'big club' despite Saints sitting above Arsenal and Spurs in the Premier League.
