Oriol Romeu has urged his Southampton teammates not to panic ahead of their relegation dogfight.

The Saints, who have been in the top-flight since 2012, have 11 games to themselves to safety.

Despite having to face Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City during that run, Romeu says no good will come from worrying about their opponents.

"We wouldn't want to panic, and there's always a solution," Romeu told the Daily Echo.

"Of course it's not nice to see ourselves down in the table, but last week we won, and came up three or four places in the table, which tells you that winning, you'll get out of that position. But you need to win those games."
