Southampton midfielder Jordy Clasie could cut short his loan at Club Brugge.

The Dutchman is on a season-long deal with the Belgians, but has found himself on the outer in recent weeks.

Terminating the agreement and moving elsewhere is now being discussed as Clasie desperately seeks to kickstart his career.

"I need clarification about where I stand," said Clasie last week. "I absolutely want to get out of this situation and to start playing regularly again.

"Last season, I completely lost my football luck and I hope to find it back here, which I will see later on. I do not want to watch from the stands."
