Southampton midfielder Jack Cork has likened manager Mauricio Pochettino to Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho.

Cork was with Chelsea during Mourinho's previous reign.

He said: "You can see some similarities. I think they speak on the phone a bit.

"The importance is on the transition from when you lose the ball to getting it back as quickly as possible. They both like the pressing game and high intensity."
