Southampton left-back Ryan Bertrand admits he's been inspired by England rugby coach Eddie Jones.

Jones spent time with England's footballers last week.

Bertrand said: “I took massive inspiration from meeting with Eddie.

“His team have just been on a fantastic, record-breaking run.

“So we dug deep to find out how that sustainable success had been achieved.

“It was eye-opening. For me personally, I took from the meeting how sure, how confident he was.

“His message was that if you work hard, then you will get success."
