Southampton are set to up the ante in their pursuit of Celtic goalkeeper Fraser Forster.
The Saints have already been credited with an interest in the 26-year old English gloveman but the Daily Mail suggests they could return with an improved offer.
Celtic have reportedly already turned down a bid from Southampton who are preparing for the 2014/15 Premier League season under new manager Ronald Koeman.
The south coast club face a season of rebuilding after losing stars Adam Lallana and Rickie Lambert to Liverpool and talented teenager Luke Shaw to Manchester United and Koeman is keen to lure some quality homegrown players to St Mary's Stadium.
