Southampton are readying a bid for Feyenoord midfielder Tonny Vilhena according to reports.
Saints boss Ronald Koeman is showing considerable interest in the 20-year old Dutchman as he prepares to lose Jack Cork this winter.
25-year old Cork is yet to sign a new deal with the south coast club which has prompted Koeman to look at a potential sale to avoid losing him for nothing when his contract expires in the summer.
The Mirror is of the belief that the Saints want Vilhena to come in as Cork's replacement if they happen to offload the former Chelsea youngster before the end of the current transfer window.
