Southampton fullback Luke Shaw is seeking Euros glory with England U21s this summer.

The 17-year-old has capped a brilliant breakthrough season in the Premier League by being called up for the European Championships in Israel next month.

"It's great to be picked, especially with Clyney," said Shaw, who is a target for Arsenal and Liverpool.

"I've been unlucky in the past so hopefully this time I don't get ill or injured.

"With Danny Rose suspended for the first game, I can hopefully show what I can do in training and then get a start.

"I have played for my country at Under-17s level and I have always wanted to push on."
