Birmingham City face a battle to keep hold of Jack Butland after turning down a £6 million bid from Southampton.
The Telegraph says Southampton have been monitoring Butland for the past 18 months and are keen to sign him as they prepare for the Premier League.
Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur and Norwich City are also believed to be interested.
